What began as an idea on a quiet plot of Indiana soil has blossomed into Allegree BerryWell Farm: a soil-loving sanctuary for elderberries, goats, and healing. Founded by a family with grit under their nails and herbal tea in their thermoses, our farm was built on a simple truth: nature works best when you let it do what it’s good at.

Instead of chemical fertilizers, we let the goats handle things. Instead of corporate boardrooms, we have a pasture with iffy Wi-Fi but strong opinions—just ask the herd. At the core of our work is one elderberry bush gifted by our late Uncle Tommy Allegree—the namesake behind Tommy the Goat, the sassiest goat in the herd. He believed in our dream of healing herbs, mischievous goats, and women who run things right.
