From two to thirteen--for now--this was our first step into farming, apart from buying the farm, that is. We started with two pets on our then "hobby" farm because fainting goats are cool and fun to watch. Then they did as animals do. After a few years of multiplying and having free reign of the pasture, we had a small fertilizing army and a nice patch of rich soil to root our business in.
